William Ole Pere Kikanae

Meet our friend William. Nine years ago William Kikanae Ole Pere, a Maasai warrior, requested help for his tribe from Rosa Escandell, president of ADCAM. Together they approached the socially responsible Spanish shoe company, Pikolinos. These beautiful sandals are the result of that collaboration. Now over 1600 Maasai families have a stable source of income. A school and health care facility have been built as a direct result of this endeavor.
